Service Description

Intermediate / advanced level street dance lessons are designed for more experienced dancers as you will be put through your paces. The class will start with a cardio warm up to get the blood pumping, then we will move into stretch and body conditioning. Next we will learn a routine to a different song each week. This routine will really get you sweating! Each class always finishes with a cool down so that we avoid any injuries. This class is suitable for intermediate / advanced dancers.
