Service Description

This class is open to all ability levels. We join together twice a week to get sweaty and to enjoy dancing to some of our favourite songs. As with all Straight Up Dance classes we make it our priority to get your heart rates pushed. All abilities classes are designed to get you moving. We always start with a warm up which gets us in the mood to learn some choreography. Each routine is aimed to at a level which suits people of all dance abilities. Once you have learnt your routine you will finish with a nice cool down to get your muscles stretched before class ends. These classes maximise fun and getting sweaty. Come join us! This class is suitable for all ages and abilities.
